Processing Time

Every order from Tiny Gem Garden is carefully packed by me. I am a one woman show so please allow 2–14 business days for processing depending on order volume.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

If you need your order by a certain date, please feel free to reach out before placing your order, and I will do my best to accommodate when possible.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. I do my best to show each crystal in detail during the live show and provide as much information as possible so you can feel confident in your purchase.

If you have any questions about a piece on the website, please feel free to reach out to me on IG or TikTok before purchasing.

Shipping & Transit

All crystals are carefully wrapped and packaged to ensure safe arrival. Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of my control.

All packages ship via USPS and include up to $100 of insurance. If your order exceeds that amount, I strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance to fully protect the value of your crystals. You can find that here. If your package arrives damaged in transit, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier. PLEASE KEEP THE BOX AND PACKING SUPPLIES FOR THE CLAIM. I’m happy to assist if documentation is needed.

Missing Items

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your package so I can look into it and help resolve the issue.
