By placing an order with Tiny Gem Garden, you agree to the live sale policies listed below.

$15 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to hold live sale claims and must be paid before the live sale ends. Otherwise, your claims will go back on the table.
Your $15 deposit will be credited toward your final order total.
New customers: please DM me your first and last name so I can properly credit your $15 deposit to your order. You can also leave it as a note at checkout.
How to claim:
Comment the number (price) + letter code (if provided).
Claims are honored based on what appears first on my screen, which may differ slightly from yours.
Please claim responsibly — a claim is a commitment to purchase.
No put-backs, swaps, or upgrades during or after the live sale.
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
Please review each item’s quality and condition carefully before claiming. I always do my best to show any imperfections during the live, but some may be missed. I’m happy to reshow items, answer questions, and screenshots are encouraged.
Invoices:
Invoices will be posted on my website under “Live Sale Listings” using your username the day after the final live of the week.
A story post will let you know when they are ready.
Payment:
Payment is due within 24 hours of invoices being posted.
Unpaid invoices will be cancelled after 48 hours and may result in being blocked from future sales and reported to the non-payer list.
This is never meant to shame anyone — it simply helps protect the crystal shop community and the time, energy, and money involved in relisting unpaid crystals, while making sure serious buyers have a fair chance to claim the pieces they love.
Payment plans are available via Shop Pay.
Processing time: 2–14 business days.
Orders are packed in the order payment is received.
If you need your order rushed, priority shipping is available at checkout.
